Last updated: August 22, 2026

This policy describes how A Hunnid Ventures ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with hunnidventures.com, including the Dayzero competition and the Marketplace (together, the "Services").

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide. When you register, create an account, or participate in a competition, we collect information such as your name, email address, social media profile link, and details about your entry, including your product's name, category, description, and project link.

Payment verification data. To verify competition results, participants connect a restricted, read-only payment API key. Using it, our systems automatically retrieve payment records from the participant's payment processor to compute revenue totals and related competition metrics. These records may include limited information about the participant's customers. That information is processed automatically, is not stored, is not displayed anywhere in the Services, and is not accessed by our personnel. We retain only aggregate results — such as revenue totals, customer counts, and fraud-prevention indicators. Full payment card numbers are never accessible to us. Keys are stored securely server-side and cannot be read from any browser session.

Communications data. Messages we send you within the Services, related delivery and read status, and any correspondence you send us.

Technical data. Essential cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and operate the Services. We do not use advertising trackers. We also collect basic first-party usage analytics — pages visited, referral source, device type, and approximate location — to operate and improve the Services.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to operate the Services: administering competitions, verifying entries and results, computing and publishing leaderboards, preventing fraud and abuse, resolving disputes, paying prizes, operating the Marketplace, communicating with participants, and maintaining security. We do not sell personal information.

WHAT IS PUBLIC

Competitions are public by design. Leaderboards display your product's name, category, verified revenue figures, and customer counts. Your name, email address, and other personal contact details are not displayed publicly. Marketplace listings display the information you choose to include in them. Aggregate statistics that do not identify individuals may also be displayed.

COMMUNICATIONS

We send service emails such as confirmations, sign-in links, and notifications of new messages in your dashboard. Non-essential emails include an unsubscribe option. Your dashboard remains the official channel for competition communications.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use third-party providers to operate the Services, including hosting, database, and email infrastructure. Payment processing for your own product is between you and your payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy; you may revoke our read access at any time through your processor's dashboard. Our providers may process data on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions.

SECURITY

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and database-level access controls that restrict sensitive records to server-side systems. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

RETENTION

We retain information while your account is active and as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

Your dashboard includes a delete-account option. Deletion permanently removes your account, registration details, payment key, messages, and competition data from live systems; if a batch is in progress, deletion withdraws your entry. Results of completed competitions may continue to display your product's name and figures, without personal information, to preserve the accuracy of published standings. Records we are legally required to retain survive deletion for as long as the law requires.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. To exercise any of these rights, use the in-product deletion option or contact us at the address below.

AGE

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in most places) to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services, and the date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies.
